There is a lot of walking everyday here. It is really no joke.
When i go to school every morning, i have to walk down from 4th level to the ground level. There is no lift.
.... getting out of my dorm building ....
..... climbing this flight of temporary staircases ....
..... more climbing ....
..... then walking ....
..... and more walking .....
..... passing by the stadium ....
..... a little treat along the way .....
..... going down the slope ....
..... and more slopes .....
And guess what is the best part?

wow... that's lots of walking and climbing! a 5 min walk to the mrt station near my place is a quite a grumble for me! LOL... =P
but then... its a great way to tone up ur calf muscles!
It's not jus toning the calf muscles but the thigh muscles too. It's tough especially under the hot sun at a temperature of around 35 degrees (i think).
